Verify a valuation report
Every valuation report is signed with a digital signature and entered into the electronic register.
How verification works
- 01
Scan the QR code
Every page of the report carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera or enter the report number in the field above.
- 02
Compare the data
The report number and date, the asset, its address and the final value shown on the page must match the document in your hands. If anything differs, contact us.
- 03
Obtain the electronic copy
Enter the 8-digit access code printed on the last page of the report – the full PDF and the digital signature files will be downloaded.
- 04
Verify the digital signature
Upload the PDF and the .pkcs7 files to the document verification service at e-imzo.uz – it will confirm who signed the document and that it has not been altered.
Common situations
The QR code will not scan
The page may be creased or poorly printed. Enter the report number in the field above manually.
The access code is lost
The code is printed on the last page of the report. If you cannot find it, contact us as the client.
The data does not match
This is serious – the document may have been taken from a different report. Contact us immediately.
